alright, January 2, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: SquareTrade 3-Year Tablet Accidental Protection Warranty ($250-300) (Personal Computers) It sounds like a great item but when I tried to register my product it was so vague I don't see how a claim is going to be honored. I could easily see them trying to pull something in order not to fulfill their agreement.

I have had great experiences with warranties on electronics in the past, so when purchasing an expensive tablet, that is going to be handled daily, it was a no brainer. I compared the other warranties offered, to the squaretrade and after reading all of the fine print, I couldn't find any differences in coverage. The price per year was lower than the others and it was also the only 3 year warranty offered.
Within a few hours of purchasing I received an email from squaretrade, explaining that my device was covered from the moment I recieve it. Also it had detailed instructions on how to register my new device. ( haven't donethis yet as I have not received my tablet yet - I will update when I complete this task.)
A few days later I received a phone call from a representative asking if I had received the email and also to inform me I should expect a letter from them (arrived that day) so I had a hard... Read more
