Happy Camper, February 1, 2012 This review is from: Samsung N7000 Galaxy Note 16GB Unlocked Phone with Android 2.3, 8MP Camera and 5.3-Inch Super AMOLED Screen-No Warranty-Blue (Wireless Phone Accessory) Other than the user manual being only in Spanish and the device being preset to Spanish and the inclusion of a superfluous plug that goes to who-knows-what, I'm quite satisfied so far. I've not yet had to deal with their customer service department so I can not comment on that.
Being a long time user of Android I had little trouble navigating to the settings menu to change the language. But I'm pretty sure there is a YouTube video that graphically shows you how to do it.
EDIT: I notice my review has somehow been reposted under a sale of the same unit by a different company. I didn't realize this was something Amazon would do. The one I bought was through "WorldWide Distributors", NOT whatever my review is posted under. I guess since they have a separate page for seller reviews one must now always ignore statements in reviews that pertain to any dealing with the seller. This is a bad policy, a very bad policy.
