In all fairness I only have it 3 days and will need to follow up to this review. I gave it a 3 because of the main flaw. The power button is not recesssed in any way. I am using it with my iPone and if I keep the button facing my iPhone in an Otterman box with a rubber band to keep it from moving it usually does not turn off. But that is because the Otterman provides space between the power button and the screen. With the button on the raised surface it tends to turn itself off. When the IMP50D came out, for starters I liked the double USB port. Now I can charge my phone and my iPod at the same time. I really appreciate the mini-usb input. I can either charge off a powered USB port, or I can use New Trent's little AC power supply. It automatically switches voltage, so when I am out of the country I can plug into 240v other places!
For their AC power supply yahoo "imp007 adapter" and you will find it on their website. I also have a auto (cigarette lighter adapter) that converts 12v 5v usb, and the New Trent also charges well from that.
I don't buy things just because they look good, but this power station looks very nice.
I expect the same outstanding performance from the IMP50D that I have had with the NT500. With a price 30% less that the NT500, you can't go wrong!
